The Man, the Myth, the Legend....Or maybe just some dude that really loves french fries. My name is Tom and I have had a passion for cooking for as long as I can remember. But not just any cooking, the kind that sticks to your ribs and soaks up all the booze and bad decisions of the night. I've always wanted to make dishes that could be shared over a couple of beer or a stumble back home because lets face it, the memories you don't remember tend to be the best ones! Cheers!
